This annual campaign, initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, aims to raise awareness of consumer protection against growing risks and scams. It urged agencies, organizations, and businesses to work together to help consumers make informed and safe decisions.

The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade will organize a "Green Products for Consumers" fair scheduled for May 2025 with nearly 160 booths displaying essential consumer goods.

In the second quarter, the department will run the "Consumer Appreciation Week" and conduct training on consumer rights protection laws.

Throughout 2025, various communication programs, consultations, and support for consumer rights protection will be available through the 024.1081 hotline.

Vo Nguyen Phong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, said that protecting consumer rights is a critical and ongoing task. "We will strengthen management in consumer rights protection, promote legal education, and organize programs to value consumers."
