Red River named among eight world's greatest river cruises

Visitors should take a trip on a Pandaw cruise line, which sails the Red River and its tributaries Lo and Da Rivers, spend a day in Hanoi and stop at some villages.

Deborah Stone and Nick Dalton, co-authors of the book “The World’s Great River Journeys” have revealed eight best epic rivers on Earth for cruising experience and Vietnam’s Red River is included, the UK’s Daily Mail.

Gazing upon from a river cruise vessel is the best way to seeing the world and visitors can discover an “Unknown Vietnam” by finding an amazing experience in a cruise tour along Red River, the two authors suggest.

The article describes the beauty of terracotta tones of Vietnam’s Red River, which is partly contributed by typhoons and torrential summer rain. It also suggests that visitors should take a trip on a Pandaw cruise line, which sails the Red River and its tributaries Lo and Da Rivers, spends a day in Hanoi, stopping at some villages.

Stone and Dalton hint Ha Long Bay as the next destination for travelers with plenty of time to have a memorable experience in life.

Ha Long Bay has recently named among top 100 destinations of 2020 in the travel guide book namely “The Rough Guide to the 100 Best Places on Earth 2020”.

Besides the Red River, the authors also revealed other greatest river cruising tours in the world including Murray River, Australia’s longest river; Columbia, the largest river in the Pacific Northwest region of North America with white snow sight-seeing and yellow leafs falling in the autumn; Sava River, born in Slovenia’s mountains and crossing Croatia to Serbia; Dnieper River, the third-longest in Europe; Amazon River with the world most spectacular river system; Volga River in Russia and Po River in Italia.
