The Belgian Government will provide EUR6.2 million for Vietnam to improve the quality of its human resources.
An agreement for the project was recently signed by Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga and Belgian Ambassador to Vietnam Angelet Bruno.

The four-and-a-half-year project will focus on enhancing the management and innovation capacity of chosen organisations and individuals.
