The festival will feature over 100 booths and flash sale displays, as well as an array of promotional activities, games, giveaways and product sampling from prestigious participating companies.
Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of Hanoi's Department of Industry and Trade, said the program will help businesses promote sales and reduce inventory.
This event is part of the Hanoi Concentrated Promotion Program 2024, which takes place in May, July, and November, attracting up to 2,000 businesses, about 1,000 retail outlets, and 50 promotion sites across the city.
He noted that the event aims to raise the visibility of Vietnamese products while achieving the twin goals of economic growth and social stability.
In addition, the Hanoi Mega Sale and Hanoi Midnight Sale 2024 will be held on November 29-30, involving nearly 200 businesses, five to ten shopping malls, and supermarkets. E-commerce platforms and corporate websites will also offer numerous discounts.
The program Last year offered over 12,000 promotional events of Hanoi's enterprises with an estimated total value of over VND25 trillion (US$1 billion), according to the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade.
