Director of Bitdeal Vietnam Nguyen Thai Hoa said, with similarity to Uber and Grab, Bitdeal has two different functions: one for customer and and one for enterprise. After completing the download process, user can search for address of service providers, who are offering discounts around their location or in specific area. This is aimed to help customers getting their discounts and purchase the products to meet their demands, while enterprise can be active in planning their promotion and discount events. This is not only to mitigate shortcomings when service providers carry out their promotions under the traditional way of coupon or voucher in the way of convenience and simplicity, but also to help customers better protect their private information with direct connection of 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
According to the plan, after the introduction, Bitdeal Vietnam will announce cooperation deals with strategic enterprises under the chain of restaurants, hotels, spas, super markets, electronic retailers, smartphone stores at Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh, Can Tho, Da Nang. Mr. Hoa said, Bitdeal Vietnam is aiming to have 4 million users downloading and using the Bitdeal application, at the same time, expanding the use of this application to other countries in the world.
