Bringing Vietnamese flavor to the world through Vietnam Foodexpo 2017
On November 17, at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, the International Kitchen Competition 2017 Saigon is taking place with the theme "Bringing Vietnamese flavor to the world`s dinner table."

The contest aims to promote the image, brand and quality of raw materials, agricultural products, food, flavorings, spices of Vietnam, that are exported to the world; contributing to market expansion, new market development and consolidation of export products in key markets.

The contest is held for professional local chefs and foreign chefs living and working in Vietnam's restaurants or hotels. This is the place of converging the Vietnam's and the world's culinary culture, that is "performed" by the professional chefs Vietnam exchanging with the professional chefs from different countries on the basis of Vietnam's processing materials.
