In HCMC, he is going to visit the MEDIC Medical Center, Hoan My Hospital, the Eye Hospital of HCMC, Gia Dinh Hospital, Trieu An Hospital and Victoria Healthcare Viet Nam. He is also scheduled to fly to Ha Noi to meet with Ministry of Health officials and visit some hospitals in the capital including K Hospital and the National Hospital of Pediatrics.

Verner is marketing ROAM (Role Oriented Access Management), the company’s proprietary application and information delivery platform. This product simplifies administration and support to provide authorized individuals with access anywhere and anytime to the information and applications they need to get the job done.

“About 80 hospitals in Canada, the U.S. and China have implemented ROAM technology. And we want as many clients in Viet Nam as possible,” he told reporters during a meeting at the Canadian Consulate General in HCMC on Monday. Some of the Canadian company’s U.S. clients are Texas Healthcare Network and South Georgia Medical Center.

Anyware is carrying out the project to bring ROAM to Viet Nam in a partnership with the Business Development Bank of Canada and the HCMC-based AsiaWave Company, whose President is a Vietnamese Canadian, Leon Binh Phi Tran.

Frank Pho, the bank’s Vice President in fund investments, in charge of Asia, explained why this company was selected. “Cross culture exists here as Leon is of Vietnamese blood.”

He added a responsibility of his bank in Asia is to bring as many Canadian companies to the region as possible, and the bank has invested in about 200 technology companies including Anyware.
