Château de Chamirey Wine Dinner

A wine-and-dine experience awaits true gourmets at Château de Chamirey Wine Dinner, co-hosted by Pan Pacific Hanoi and Red Apron Fine Wines & Spirits.

Constructed in early 18th century and then managed by the Devillard family, Château de Chamirey is known for the white and red wines that best represent the treasure of Mercurey.
This November 7, Ms. Aurore Devillard – the owner and winemaker of Château de Chamirey, will tell wine lovers how the blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with the typical terroir and traditional vinification creates the exceptional vintages.
The cool temperature of November – the essential element in a wine tasting, will perfectly enhance your experience of six vintages including Mercurey rouge Premier Cru “Clos du Roi” 2013, Mercurey blanc Premier Cru “La Mission” Monopole 2014 and Mercurey rouge Premier Cru “Clos des Ruelles” Monopole 2015.
A beautiful feast featuring Venison and Mushroom En Croute, Duck Confit with Cherries, Coq Au Vin as well as signature cheeses from Mercurey region will be expertly paired with the great wines to promise a classic dining experience.
