According to the management board of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, between May 10 and 15, the mausoleum received nearly 10,000 visitors per day, and the figure continues to rise. Even temperatures upwards of 40 degrees have not discouraged those wishing to pay respect.

A number of Vietnamese visitors have expressed the importance of paying respect, especially at a time when tensions with China over the East Sea are high.
