Enhancing Hanoi - Vientiane cooperation in economic development

On June 28 afternoon, Central Party Commissioner, Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang received Ms. Khamphay Latsamy - The commissioner, President of Vientiane Women`s Union (Laos), who is visiting and working in Hanoi.

Hanoi Women's Union President Tran Thi Phuong Hoa and the City's function departments also attended the reception.

Expressing gratitute for being respectfully received by the Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, Ms. Khamphay Latsamy conveyed greetings of the Secretary of the Committee, mayor of Vientiane to the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Hanoi City. At the same time announcing the results of the visit and work with Hanoi Women's Union to unify cooperation content signed in the next 5 years.
 


 

Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang appreciated the meaning of the trade union mission, affirming that the Party, State and people of Vietnam as well as the Party rights and Hanoi people always cherish, preserve and promote the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos established by President Ho Chi Minh and President Cayxon Phomvihan, the revolutionary predecessors of the two countries.

Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang also moved greetings of the Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee and the leaders of the city to the Secretary, Mayor of Vientiane City. Appreciating the content of cooperation, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang desire Women's Unions of the two Capital to deploy and facilitate connections for women entrepreneurs in Hanoi and Vientiane in economic cooperation, trade and cultural exchanges.

During the stay in Hanoi, the delegation of Vientiane Women's Union has visited Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh, Bat Trang traditional trade village; experience exchanged with Women's Union in Dong Anh, Phu Xuyen; historic sites in the Capital.
