Hanoi Free Tour Guides (HFTGs) is a social non-profit organization founded and run by a group of students and ex-students since January 2010.
Its mission is to give on-going support and assistance towards Vietnamese tourist industry, to better promote communication, cultural exchange among students and people of different countries, to offer a wider choice of employment for young people who are intended to acquire knowledge and develop their skills to their full potential and last but not least, to provide an extensive access to education and vocational training for the poor, disadvantaged and contribute to the community empowerment.

2.  Hanoikids
Established in 2006,  Hanoikids  is known as a student-run organization based in Hanoi, Vietnam. By voluntarily taking city tours for English speaking travelers in Hanoi, the club offer foreign tourist an insight into Hanoi culture, tradition and beautiful sight-seeing.
Over the course of more than 10 years, through many ups and downs, Hanoikids has lived up to its expectation to become one of the leading non-profit volunteer organizations in Vietnam. Tour operation is one of the most important activities of Hanoikids from the very first day. Tours are within a day, mainly inside Hanoi, to some of the city’s most famous attractions such as Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Old Quarter, Sword Lake, etc.
Acted as a travel-mate, Hanoikids volunteers will help tourists discover the history, culture and beauty of Hanoi. By offering tourists the chance to meet and talk to native people and experience the local’s lifestyle, the organization hopes to bring out the truest of Hanoi to foreign visitors.

3. Hanoi Free Local Tours
Hanoi Free Local Tours is an organization which was established and managed by a group of students and working people.
The organization includes young people who are passionate about English, love the culture and history of Vietnam. Until now, they have delivered more than 800 free tours with 65 official members studying, working in Vietnam. Included in their free-tour list are Hanoi Free Motorbike tours, half day tours, full day tours, Hanoi free local tours… It becomes one of the leading non-profit organization, which provides international tourists visiting Hanoi with the best free tour services in 2 years.

4.  Hanoi tourist information and support center
Since being launched on 7/10/2016, the center – under direction of Vietnamtourism – Hanoi Company has offer free tours for foreign travelers. 
Its mission is to facilitate travelers have the opportunity to learn about characteristic of Hanoi. In addition, that gives international travelers closer image of Hanoi. The four free travel tours are  organized by themes: History and culture,  Hanoi iconic architecture, traditional craft street explore, Hanoi East – West encounter.
Travel guide in those tours are excellent students of Hanoi Open University - Tourism Faculty. They vollunteer to attend the program as a way to learn from reality.
