The festival is expected to draw the participation of 8 provinces: Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Hoa Binh, Son La, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Nghe An and Thanh Hoa.
The event aims at honouring the culture of Thai ethnic community and improving the awareness of local authorities and residents about preserving and developing Vietnamese culture.
