Hanoi Times – The Energy Saving Center of Ho Chi Minh City (ECC) together with the Red Sun Energy Joint-Stock Company will start the construction of the solar battery Panel factory with the total investment capital of US$ 10 million on March 20 in the plastic industrial cluster Hoa Duc, Long An Province.
Hanoi Times – The Energy Saving Center of Ho Chi Minh City (ECC) together with the Red Sun Energy Joint-Stock Company will start the construction of the solar battery Panel factory with the total investment capital of US$ 10 million on March 20 in the plastic industrial cluster Hoa Duc, Long An Province.
The project on solar battery factory will be built in two phases. In the first phase: building and assembling solar battery Panels from Solar Cell imported from Germany and France with capacity of 3MWp per year. In the second phase: producing Solar Cell from silic with the capacity of 5MWp per year and increasing capacity of panel assemblage to 5MWp a year.
Products in the first phase will be panels of 25-175 Wp connecting high capacity power stations and 40% of products will be served domestic market, the rest will be exported.
According to Mr. Huynh Kim Tuoc, Director of the ECC, the investor of the solar battery Panel factory, this is a feasible as well as environmentally friendly project and it is also a breakthrough of
