High remarks

Joining the pageant on November 29, H'Hen Niê has appeared as a confident, dynamic, sexy and graceful contestant throughout a series of activities during the three-week competition.

On December 10, the Vietnamese beauty impressed audiences with a dress featuring Vietnamese popular food – banh mi (bread). Her gown was selected one of 10 best traditional costumes by Missosology, the leading beauty pageant website that covers and analyzes the Big5: Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth, Miss International and Miss Supranational as well as other relevant male and female pageants around the world.

On December 13, H'Hen Niê shone with her own light when presented a prom dress. Her catwalk, which was similar to the presentation of Miss Universe 2008 Dayana Mendoza, was chosen the best performance with compliments from Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2015 Raquel Pélissier, and Miss Universe 2003 Miyako Miyazaki.

In the same evening, she got high remarks from both the jury and audiences for bikini performance thanks to her firm body, brown skin, and professional catwalk style. The highest remarks were given to the Vietnamese beauty and representatives from Venezuela, the Philippines, Ecuador, and Puerto Rico by pageant contest website Pageantology.

After H'Hen Niê’s achievements, some local experts said that Vietnam should change standards which focus on real beauty and confidence when choosing candidates for the world’s beauty contests.
