FPT Software, a subsidiary of the Financing and Promoting Technology Corporation (FPT), will open a branch in Paris on June 13, its third overseas and the first in Europe At a press briefing in Hanoi on June 4, the corporation’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer of FPT Bui Quang Ngoc said the FPT Software Europe will provide giant customers such as Renault, BNP Paribas, Neopost and Hitachi Europe with various services, including new technologies (J2EE, NET, Oracle), embed technology and research and development services. The branch will initially operate in Belgium , France and the UK with a projected revenue of 7 million USD and plans to expand its operation to Sweden , Denmark and the Netherlands by 2009. FPT Software also plans to open another branch in Europe by 2010 in an ambition to penetrate deeper into this lucrative market
