The three partners will jointly carry out Orange research cooperation and scholarship programmes in the 2007-2008 academic year.

Six outstanding post-graduates selected from the universities will be sent to France Telecom research centres in different parts of the world for six-month practice programmes.

Meanwhile, six eligible students will be provided with scholarships to pursue two-year master courses at the universities’ French University Centres.

Jean-Pierre Achouche, France Telecom Country Director in Vietnam, said his group is hoping to bring practical education opportunities to meet Vietnam’s demands for skilled IT personnel staff.
