Free proper attire for visitors in Ngoc Son Temple

Ngoc Son Temple Management Board has prepared 100 sets of clothes for tourists wearing disrespectful clothes before entering the temple.

This preparation is in response to Hanoi People’s Committee instruction on the code of behavior at public places underDecision No. 1665 QD-UBND dated March 10, 2017.

On the morning of April 24, more than 100 tourists, mainly foreigners borrowed the attire before entering  Ngoc Son Temple.

Nguyen Dang Son from  the Monument Management said that  the attire is provided to travellers coming individually for free because they are unaware of the temple regulations while group travellers would not get the attire free because they must be reminded of the temple dress code by the tour guides.

Nguyen Thi Thanh, a visitor from Hanoi said the attire  is quite handy and cool with harmonious colors. Thanks to the free attire policy, women visiting  the relic are untroubled because of their shirts or short skirts.
