Google Year In Search 2023: Vietnamese travelers love to enjoy nature

In 2023, Vietnamese visitors are in favor of natural attractions and out-of-town destinations.

Google has released the list of Google Year In Search 2023 - Vietnam, showing concerns and search trends of Vietnamese people in the year.

The searches are categorized into the topics of "AI Search", "Sports", "Games", "Travel", "Movies", "How to Make", "Recipes", "Definition - What", and "Nearby Places."

Vietnamese travelers tend to explore nature for the purpose of "healing". This is understandable as people's health, especially mental health, has been negatively affected by the development of science and technology, climate change, pollution and stress.

Vietnamese people now pay more attention to their health and strive to find ways to reduce stress. This has led to the development of healing tourism with the unique combination of exploring and healing activities based on nature.

The top five most searched destinations by Vietnamese travelers last year include the mountainous province of Ha Giang; Cantho City n the Mekong Delta; Phu Quoc Island in the southern province of Kien Giang; Con Phung Island on the Tien River in the southern province of Ben Tre; and the highland city of Buon Ma Thuot.

In addition, Vietnamese people are curious about artificial intelligence, especially the benefits that AI can bring, with questions such as "What is AI?" "How to apply AI in..." or "Vietnam's first artificial intelligence robot" and others.

Google's annual "Year in Search" roundup is a snapshot of the people and phenomena that piqued people's curiosity and captured their attention - the lists identify search queries that saw high traffic spikes over a sustained period of time compared to the previous year.

At the end of each year, Google publishes its "Google Year In Search" list, based on the billions of searches conducted that year. The tool provides data on search trends of tool users, past or present, searching regionally or globally. It does not identify the identity of the search engine user.
