Ha Noi to host Hanoi - Vietnam Traditional Craft Village Tourism Festival
HNP - The 2016 Ha Noi - Viet Nam Traditional Craft Village Tourism Festival is scheduled to take place from September 29 to October 2 at Thang Long Imperial Citadel (No. 19C Hoang Dieu Street, Ba Dinh District).

The information was announced by Department of Tourism. Under the theme “The quintessence of Ha Noi’s traditional crafts”, the festival is expected to be a cultural, tourism activity, contributing to introducing, preserving, honoring and developing traditional crafts associated with the tourism of Ha Noi and other provinces and cities nationwide.
It also creates an opportunity for craft villages, businesses to exchange, cooperate and develop traditional handicraft products and many other fields and help popularize the tourism products, culinary elite, specialties of localities to local people and international friends.
The festival includes some main areas, including: space simulation of Van Phuc Silk Village and Bat Trang Ceramic Village; hands-on experience on making craft products of seven typical craft villages; documentary and photo exhibition on traditional craft villages; art installation area and pavilion with nearly 250 booths.
Additionally, the festival also draws the participation of many craft villages, artisans, entrepreneurs, artists, craftsmen, tourism businesses, along with those who love Ha Noi to introduce the traditional beauty of the people Thang Long - Ha Noi thousand years of civilization to the local people and international friends.
