Accordingly, the Secretary emphasized that 2018 is an important period in carrying out resolutions of the Party Committees’ congresses at all levels as well as fulfilling missions of the Resolution of the Municipal Party Committee’s 16th congress.

They focus on improving the ability and renewing operation of the Women’s Association in the cause of industrialization and modernization.
At the mean time well carrying out the following missions:
Women’s Associations at all levels will continue strengthening communication and encouraging members to well implement guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State; positively assist women in building civilized and happy families; diversify communication methods to improve women’s awareness of legal knowledge and skills against domestic violence.
Furthermore, Women’s Associations will further organize dialogues to understand member’s thoughts and aspirations; acting as representative agencies to protect legitimate interests of women, especial vulnerable ones in the society.
Besides, Women’s Associations will also proactively cooperate with levels, sectors to assist women in business startups, economic development and sustainable poverty reduction; further launch emulation movements; create breakthroughs in building elegant and civilized Hanoians.
Moreover, they will strengthen the implementation of the two codes of conducts in association with building new style rural areas, cultural families, cultural residential areas; organize training courses to improve the specialized knowledge and skills for officials; etc.
