Furthermore, the businesses confirmed to follow regulations on facilities, supplies and equipments for food production, processing and trade, prevention of insect and animal, waste treatment and environmental hygiene.
According to Tran Viet Nga, Deputy Head of Department of Food Safety, the health sector of Ha Noi will increase popularization of food safety laws among food trade and production facilities. For food safety assurance, comprehensive measures are required in all processes from plant varieties and animal breeds supply to sales to preservation. Nga also hoped that businesses will realize the commitment after signing, while the Department will increase supervision.
