Hanoi is portrayed as a city rich in thousands-year culture, as part of the “Cultural Festival for Peace” held this morning [October 6] to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the City (October 10, 1954 – 2024) and the 25th anniversary of the “City for Peace”.
