Hanoi focuses on ensuring order and safety of the Capital in Tet Holiday
Chairman of Hanoi People`s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung confirmed that Hanoi will focus on deploying an effective plan to ensure traffic order and safety, during and after the occasion of New Year and Tet Holiday of 2017.

It is expected that the upcoming Lunar New Year, the number of passengers traveling between Hanoi and other provinces will spike. The peak is on January 24, 25, 26 of 2017 (i.e 27, 28, 29 of lunar month), the number of tourists in the bus station can be increased to 60%.
Since January 2, 2017, as directed by the City People's Committee, Hanoi Department of Transportation will begin the transfer of online measurement intercity passenger transportation between the major bus stations in the city that focus on terminals: My Dinh, Giap Bat, Nuoc Ngam.
Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung said, the transfer order to reset the passenger transportation business is necessary and cannot be hesitated any more. City Corporation has asked the Hanoi Transport business with other transport enterprises to enhance vehicle, respective trips to meet the travelling needs of the people.
Hanoi People's Committee has directed the city police, the Department of Transportation Inspector to increase patrols, control and strictly handle violations in the field of transport business. In addition, Hanoi also strengthens police forces to participate regulate trafficking during peak periods in the year-end time.
Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee sternly reminded the sidewalk construction units must comply fully with the regulations, clean up the site overnight, restore the original state after construction is complete. "Do not influence the travel and traffic safety corridor of the people and the urban landscape of the city," said Mr. Chung.
