Hospitals has suggested that people should not visit patients. Each patient should have only one companion.
Dr. Nguyen Viet Nhung, director of the Central Lung Hospital, said the hospital has always been vigilant about the risk of a Covid-19 outbreak and maintains a positive response process.
Like its peers, the hospital is taking preventive measures. It is necessary to raise warning level and ensure epidemiological safety to control people coming from Covid-19-hit areas, Nhung said.
Suspected Covid-19 or people returning from the epidemic-stricken regions will have to make medical declarations. The medical declaration contents must be updated to be suitable with the new evolution of the pandemic.
