On December 14 afternoon, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People`s Committee Nguyen The Hung had a meeting with delegation of Moscow (Russia).

At the meeting, the two sides expressed their pleasure at the relationship and good traditions between Vietnam and Russia, that is increasingly consolidated and developed. Mr. Tkach expects that Hanoi People's Committee will create favourable conditions for the Russian project in the Capital to be completed efficiently and timely; including "The Moscow" that was granted for 3,2ha land in Me Tri of Hanoi. Besides, Deputy Director Igor also expect the city leaders to continue to expand opportunities, enable businesses and Russian experts in the fields of development such as transportation, waste treatment, etc. to invest and transfer technology to the Capital.
Agreed with the proposals of the Delegation, the City Vice Chairman Nguyen The Hung said that the project of "Moscow House" was arranged location and delivered to the relevant departments to promote and expected commencement in 2017. Talking about the upcoming cooperation, Nguyen the Hung said that Hanoi and Moscow want to maintain the activities of cultural exchange cooperation, expand the scale of investment, exports and imports and so on.
"As a center of culture, politics of the country, Hanoi is in the process of rapid development and towards sustainable development. Therefore, the Capital will create favorable conditions for businesses, Russian experts to support technology investment and manpower training to improve the quality of life of the people, through the construction of e-government, improve muscle infrastructure, public transport, waste water treatment, etc.", Deputy Chairman of People's Committee Nguyen the Hung stressed.
