Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung warmly welcomed the ongoing development towards a new level of Vietnam - Japan relations, also recorded 5 contents suggested by the Ambassador. On the side of Hanoi, HCM City Chairman also addressed to Ambassador 5 proposals include: Support for events such localities Capital Cherry Festival in May 3/2017; Investment promotion conference in Hanoi; technology transfer cooperation with Okinawa Prefecture on landscape design, trees, towards the development of breeding centers; ODA flows and promote coordination with the International Cooperation Agency of Japan (JICA) Construction plans to reduce traffic congestion in Hanoi, the realization of the "Smart City".
