This is the City’s activity to realize regulation according the Government’s instruction on carrying out Resolution 19/2017/NQ-CP dated February 6, 2017 on further measures and solutions to improve business, investment environment and increase national competitiveness in 2017, orientation to 2020.
Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee’s requests agencies, departments, sectors, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns, and Business Associations to report implementation of Municipal People’s Committee Plan 74/KH-UBND dated March 30, 2017 on realizing Government Resolution 19/2017/NQ-CP on improving business, investment environment and increasing city’s PCI in three quarters of 2017 as well as orientation and mission for the last one.
The report shall focus on major tasks stipulated in Plan 19/2017/NQ-CP of the Municipal People’s Committee; show measures and outcome after implementing them, as well as initiatives to improve business and investment environment and help enterprises to reduce cost and time; indicate detailed information of helping enterprises ease difficulties.
Units shall send their report to the Authority of Plan and Investment by September 12, 2017, so that the latter will sum up information and report to the Municipal People’s Committee by September 15 according to regulation.
