To remove shortcomings and weaknesses as well as create the consensus of all levels in ensuring traffic safety, urban order, construction order and environmental sanitation in the area, the Municipal Party Committee’s Commission for Education and Popularization asked localities, units to continue implementing Directive No. 08-CT/TU dated May 26, 2016 of the Municipal Party Committee on “Enhancing the leadership and direction in ensuring urban order and civilization in the city”.

On basis of missions, functions and working programs; agencies, units are tasked to proactively cooperate with authorized forces to take a series of solutions so as to make positive changes in ensuring urban order and civilization in the area and remove shortcomings and problems.
Fatherland Front Committees, political and social organizations are in charge of boosting the popularization to encourage officials, Party members and local people to strictly abide regulations on urban management of the State and the city in association with effectively carrying out movements “All people unite to build cultural life”, “All people unite to build new style rural areas and civilized urban”, “Good people – Good deeds”, etc.
Departments of Culture and Sports; Information and Communications will give guidelines to functional units to strengthen the popularization of laws; organize a wide range of cultural activities and sports festivals to boost communication on ensuring traffic safety, urban order and civilization, construction order and environmental sanitation in the city.
Universities, colleges and education establishments are assigned to strengthen the popularization of ensuring traffic safety, urban order and civilization, construction order and environmental sanitation; encourage pupils and students to comply regulations on traffic order and safety, urban civilization; make plans on coordinating with functional forces and local authorities to remove traffic congestion and handle violation cases in school areas.
Press agencies will increase the number of articles reflecting the implementation of ensuring traffic safety, urban order and civilization in localities; honor outstanding models and collectives as well as announce localities which have not well implemented the task.
