In order to guarantee security, social order and other conditions for the session, the Municipal People’s Committee assigns Hanoi Police Department in collaboration with the Capital Command, Police Department of Fire Fighting and Prevention, the Department of Transport, the Hanoi Transportation Corporation and relevant agencies and units to prepare and implement a plan on guaranteeing security, social order, traffic safety and order, parking management, fire fighting and prevention, and guarantee safety for the quarter of Hanoi People’s Council and People’s Committee during the session.
Chairpeople of the People’s Committees of districts and towns focus on solving complaints and denunciations, increase popularization, and encourage people to comply with legal regulations. If large crowd of petitioners gathers and leads to violation of public order during the quarter of the People’s Council and People’s Committee, the Police Department and People’s Committees of districts and towns shall take measures according to the approved plan on ensuring security and order.
The Hanoi Electricity Corporation takes measures and plans to operate electrical system, guarantee power supply for the quarter during the session. Heads of the departments, agencies, sectors, People’s Committees of districts and towns attend the session, act as advisor and prepare to answer questions of the People’s Council deputies as well as proposals of voters, which are under their authority.
The departments, agencies and sectors in charge of preparing documents, written proposals and draft resolution must attend the session fully, receive feedback, cooperate with sectors of the People’s Council to complete the draft resolution, and explain issues according to their authority.
