Organized by the Board of Hanoi Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority at Me Linh Plaza in Me Linh District, the event aims to promote investment and trade activities. It will provide a platform for local enterprises to market their industrial products and encourage cooperation between enterprises inside and outside the industrial zones.
Attendees can expect to see a wide range of exhibits, including advances in electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering and sustainable packaging solutions.
The fair will also highlight infrastructure development and food processing technologies. In a statement, the Board emphasized its commitment to attracting large-scale projects that utilize high-quality technology while minimizing environmental impact.
"This initiative is consistent with the city's goals for efficient land use and industrial restructuring," the Board said.
To maximize these efforts, it will work closely with various departments and the City Promotion Agency to step up activities to attract investment to the industrial zones. Promotional fairs will showcase the talents of local businesses, along with timely guidance and support for investors exploring opportunities in these thriving areas.
According to the report on the development plan for industrial parks in Hanoi from 2021 to 2030, with a vision to 2050, the city will maintain, develop, and expand 23 industrial parks covering approximately 5,873 hectares.
Currently, 10 parks are operational, attracting 726 projects with registered capital of over US$9.1 billion, including 306 foreign direct investment projects worth over US$7.2 billion.
