Dossiers are submitted by employers or organizations, or individuals authorized to process the procedure of issuing work permit.
Applicants can select whether to connect the aforementioned procedures or not.
If applicant does not want to apply the inter-level procedure, each procedure will be processed according to current legal regulation.
The municiapal Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is the focal point to receive dossiers and return result of the administrative procedures as stipulated in this regulation.
The Department of Justice receives application for criminal record, which is forwarded by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or submitted by applicants via the portal.
Postal service enterprises deliver administrative papers among the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Justice, Hanoi Police, receive dossiers, return the result of administrative procedures according to demand of the applicants, and collect fee for postal service.
