Hanoi to organise "Vietnam Information Security Day 2015" in December
The annual "Vietnam Information Security Day 2015", themed "Serious destruction trend from modern network attacks`` will be held on November 19 in HCM City and on December 1 in Hanoi, announced Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA) at the press conference in Hanoi on November 4.
This year's event is organised by the VNISA, the Information Security Department and the the Ministry of Information and Communications 's Vietnam Computer Emergency Response Team (VNCERT) and the Information and Technology Department under the Ministry of Defence.
International conferences will be the main activities of the event. At the conferences, VNISA will announce the results of the Vietnam Information Security Index in 2015.
There will be also reports of big IT companies and corporations in the world such as Google, Microsoft, CISCO, IBM, FireEye, CheckPoint (Israel) and NP Core (the Republic of Korea), which will share experiences, solutions and tools to ensure information security.
During the event, training courses on information security and awards for high-quality information security products in 2015 will be included.
