Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee requests Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to report the result after implementing National target program on new-style rural area construction in the first six months of 2017, and Plan 188/KH-UBND dated October 6, 2016 on implementing Program 02-CTr/TU dated April 26, 2016 of the Hanoi Party Committee on developing agriculture, building new-style rural area and improving peasants’ life in the 2016-2020 period. Report will be submitted to the Authority of Plan and Investment, so that the latter will submit it to the Hanoi People’s Committee.
For their part, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns report the result after implementing national target programs for the 2016-2020 period and Plan 138/KH-UBND dated July 15, 2016 of the Hanoi People’s Committee in the past six months. The report shall be submitted to Authority of Plan and Investment, departments and agencies responsible for the national target programs; they will sum up information and submit it to the Hanoi People’s Committee. The Authority of Plan and Investment sums up the reports on implementation of the 2016-2020 national target programs in the past six months in Hanoi, and complete the task by July 10.
Report focuses on following issues: Summing up targets, missions and funds according to plan for 2017; Implementation of the targets and missions, and disbursement of fund for the programs in the first half of the year; Results of supervision; assessing performance of the agencies responsible for implementing the programs; Assessing results, pointing out shortcomings, problems, difficulties and results; Measures to perform missions for the next six months of 2017, and proposals as well as requests.
