Accordingly, carrying out missions and urgent solutions to protect environment according to the city’s plan, sectors and agencies have gained initial achievements, contributing to raising the awareness and efficiency of environmental protection in the capital city.

The Municipal People’s Committee also assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to take prime responsibility to instruct relevant organizations and individuals to deploy the implementation as stipulated by law; proactively ask for opinions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to remove difficulties and problems during the process.
Besides, the Department of Home Affairs is tasked to arrange apparatus more effective to meet demands of duties.
The Municipal People’s Committee asked districts and suburban districts to make plans and give reports on results to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Districts and suburban districts which have not yet made a list of “black points” of environmental pollution according to the plan of the Municipal People’s Committee are requested to urgently make plans and give reports to the Municipal People’s Committee.
To ensure the evaluation of implementing missions of departments, sectors, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns assigned in Plan No.124dated June 1, 2017 of the Hanoi People’s Committee as well as timely remove difficulties and problems, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is in charge of studying and giving report on implementation results and solutions to the Municipal People’s Committee.
