Hanoi Youth Union Awards prizes for innovative tech solutions in RESET 2023
The Hanoi Youth Union held the final round of the "Challenge of Applying Artificial Intelligence Technology to Connect Small and Medium Enterprise Supply Chains" (RESET 2023) competition on December 23.
The "Hoi AI" team, with an application chatbot for business registration from VinUni University, won the first prize in the final round of the "Challenge of Applying Artificial Intelligence Technology to Connect Small and Medium Enterprise Supply Chains" (RESET 2023) competition at the award ceremony on December 23.

The Hanoi Youth Union awarded prizes to the second-place team with a solution to reform administrative procedures in the one-stop-shop service, the third-place team with a payment and loan for paying public services and living expenses using biometrics, while two teams received consolation prizes.
Speaking at the final round of the competition, Tran Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, said that this is an intellectual playground that contributes to the formation of a data-sharing ecosystem, ideas and solutions for data utilization, thereby promoting the process of innovation and digital transformation in the city and the whole country.
Launched on August 26, RESET 2023 received nearly 200 applications nationwide. Many applications were meticulously prepared with advanced creative ideas and the use of various challenging new techniques, he added.
Hung stressed that innovative data utilization ideas will serve as a premise for the creation of practical technological products, solutions and public services applied to business operations, bringing high economic efficiency.
The "RESET 2023" competition is organized to implement the program to promote science, technology, and innovation in Hanoi in 2021-2025.
The competition aims to respond to the Data4Life competition initiated by the Ministry of Public Security and implement the Government's Project 06 to develop the application of population data, electronic identification and authentication for national digital transformation in 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030.
