"Bun cha" was described as a specialty of Hanoi. It is a perfect combination of grilled pork, salad and sweet and sour sauces. "Bun cha" is a Vietnamese dish of grilled pork and noodle, which is thought to have originated from Hanoi.

"Bun cha" is served with grilled fatty pork over a plate of white rice noodle and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce. "Bun cha" is popular in the Northern region of Vietnam. In the South, a similar dish of rice vermicelli and grilled meat is called bun thit nuong.

Worldkings described “Pho” as a traditional dish and one of the most typical dishes of Vietnamese cuisine. Simply because "Pho" in Vietnam is quite different from that in any other places. Pho in Hanoi has the special flavour of the broth stewed with marrowbones, the savour of boiled beef.
