This time I can see the total transformation of the hospital, everything looks in order and clean” – Mrs. Lien said. At the Thach That General Hospital, Mr. Nguyen Van Vi (57 years old, Ha Bang, Thach That District) is a frequent patient at the hospital due to his diabetes, said: “In past few years, whenever I went to the hospital for treatment, I had to wait for a long time for the checking results, from the morning to the afternoon. But right now, everything is done in the morning and I do not have to wait for the results for so long like before”.

Mrs. Lien and Mr. Vi are two out of thousands of patients to feel the significant transformation of Hanoi Healthcare in recent years. For patients to be comfortable when coming to treatment, hospitals has the receptionists to receive patients right at the beginning. Patients are instructed with the treatment procedures and complete administrative procedures. For elder patients, hospital staffs will directly take them to checking departments.
