Hanoi`s high-level delegation led by Chairwoman of the municipal People `s Council Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc paid an official working visit to Japan at the invitation of Mayors of Fukuoka and Saitaima Prefectures from August 24-30.
The visit aims to promote the cooperation ties between Hanoi and Fukuoka Prefecture established in February 2008.
Accompanying with the delegation are Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son and Vietnam's General Consulate in Fukuoka Bui Quoc Thanh.
As scheduled, the delegation will arrive in Fukuoka Prefecture in the morning of August 24, opening an array of various friendship and cooperation activities between the capital and the Japanese prefectures in economy, culture and society.
