Leading Israeli experts can help train Vietnamese agricultural engineers and farmers, she said, adding Israel is providing Vietnamese students with 700 scholarships each year and promoting internship programmes with Hau Giang.

For his part, Hau Giang provincial People’s Committee Chairman Tran Cong Chanh introduced the locality’s socio-economic situation and advantages, saying the province appreciates Israel’s willingness to cooperate in hi-tech agricultural development, human resource training, and post-harvest technology application.
