Hoa Phat to build US$130-million industrial park in northern Vietnam

The Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is poised to become a premier destination for domestic and international investors in northern Vietnam.

THE HANOI TIMES — The northern city of Haiphong has approved an investment policy for the Hoang Dieu Industrial Park project in Gia Phuc Commune, with a total registered capital of VND3.4 trillion (US$130 million).

The 245-hectare project, developed by Hoa Phat Group’s subsidiary Hoang Dieu Industrial Infrastructure Development JSC, is expected to be completed within 30 months.

It will focus on constructing and operating industrial infrastructure and offering land leases, ready-built factories, warehouses, and office space, while prioritizing high-tech manufacturing projects.

The industrial park (IP)'s strategic location lies adjacent to the Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway, making it conveniently accessible via major national routes, including Highways 5A, 37, and 38, and key logistics hubs, including Haiphong Port, Cat Bi Airport, and Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport.

This is the latest addition to the growing industrial infrastructure portfolio of the Hoa Phat Group. As of June 2025, the group’s total industrial land bank reached over 1,700 hectares.

The group's existing IPs, including Pho Noi A and Yen My II in the northern province of Hung Yen and Hoa Mac in the northern province of Ninh Binh, have reached 95% occupancy, with leases from major firms in the US, Japan, South Korea, and Europe.

The developer is committed to partnering with local authorities to implement investment incentives, streamline procedures, and foster business connections to attract secondary investors and ensure favorable operating conditions.
