iTech Expo 2025 opens in Ho Chi Minh City

The event fosters networking and innovation amid global market shifts.

THE HANOI TIMES — The International Technology Expo 2025 (iTech Expo 2025) taking place in Ho Chi Minh City on July 9-July 11 features over 120 booths from domestic and international tech firms from Russia, South Korea, China, Taiwan (China), the United Kingdom, Israel, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Laos.

Themed "New Tech Empower iFuture," the event showcases technologies range from AI and the Internet of Things (IoT) to big data, drones, robotics, Holobox, and sector-specific solutions such as EdTech, AgriTech, FinTech, and cybersecurity.

The exhibition also features a dedicated zone for startups.

According to Lam Nguyen Hai Long, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association, iTech Expo 2025 represents a significant step in developing a comprehensive tech ecosystem and supporting digital transformation.

He said that a special area has been set aside for leaders of 168 wards, communes, and special areas in Ho Chi Minh City and other localities to explore e-administration and digital solutions.

In addition, ten selected local tech firms will offer more than 50 solutions focused on public administration, urban infrastructure, environment, education, healthcare, and rural development.

iTech Expo 2025 introduces a new digital platform for trade management that helps businesses connect and optimize cooperation opportunities.
