As many as 570 primary school pupils from the border province of Lang Son and Guangxi (China) participated in friendship exchange activities in Lang Son City.

Participants took part in singing, dancing and music performances to praise their homeland and the long-standing friendship between Vietnam and China. A fashion show on environment protection was held on this occasion.

The event aims to help children from the two countries share experience in study and outdoor activities, thus strengthening mutual understanding between people of Vietnam and China in general and Lang Son and Guangxi in particular.
Within the framework of the event, 33 ethnic minority children who set high records in their academic study were also honoured.
