Limbless Nick Vujicic to come to Vietnam in May

The famous limbless man Nick Vujicic will come to Vietnam and talk to young locals in May, leading local job search service Vietnamworks said on its website.

The Hanoitimes - The famous limbless man Nick Vujicic will come to Vietnam and talk to young locals in May, leading local job search service Vietnamworks said on its website.

Vujicic will attend workshops to be organized by Vietnamworks on how to succeed in life on May 23 in Ho Chi Minh City and May 24 in Hanoi.

He will give a presentation on ways to transcend one’s own limits to reach success in their career path during the events.

Registration for the two meetings must be made by May 19 at www.vietnamworks.com/chonthanhcong.

Vujicic was born on December 4, 1982 in Melbourne, Australia with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs.

He struggled mentally, emotionally and physically, but eventually came to terms with his disability.

The strong-willed man has come to 44 countries to deliver over 2,000 motivational speeches about hope and finding meaning in life with a disability.

He is now the CEO of non-profit organization Life Without Limits he founded at the age of 17 and director of the Attitude is Attitude company.

The man authors inspirational books Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life and Unstoppable – The Incredible Power of Faith in Action, both of which have been translated into Vietnamese.

He married his fiancée, Kanae Miyahara, on February 12 last year and became father of a son on February 13 this year.
