Maintaining security and order in Ha Noi Capital

On the afternoon of May 18, City People`s Committee Office issued Notice No. 98/TB-UBND, that signed by Hanoi People`s Committee Chairman – Mr. Nguyen The Thao on maintaining security and order in the Capital, and sent to diplomatic representatives, international organizations, business associations, foreign investors in the city.






 
The Notice stated: In recent days, people of Ha Noi Capital and the country has indicated patriotism, protested China oil rig Ocean 981 illegal in Vietnam's waters, which was so legitimate. But in some provinces and cities, there had a number of people who commit acts of law violation, such as undermining the basis of the production, including production facilities of foreign investors, disrupting public order, affecting the business, investment environment and foreign policy of the Party and State of Vietnam.
Before this situation, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has been co-directing the implementation of the solution for stable political security, social order and safety on a national scale. The security situation and social order and safety in the area of Hanoi is stabilized.
Hanoi People's Committee will continue to implement all necessary measures as directed by the Prime Minister, in accordance with law and international commitments of Vietnam to ensure security and absolute safety for diplomatic missions, international organizations, businesses and foreigners in Ha Noi.
