According to the Ministry, the National E-Commerce Week will feature both in-person and online seminars focused on e-commerce and digital technology, interactive activities for consumers, and promotional campaigns aimed at businesses and regulators.

The "60 Hours of Vietnam Online Shopping - Online Friday 2024" will be held on participating websites and applications, offering exclusive shopping codes and promotional deals on products and services available on e-commerce platforms.

Visitors will have the chance to explore spaces and exhibitions showcasing authentic Vietnamese products and digital transformation solutions in Hanoi and other localities.

The program presents an opportunity for consumers to discover and experience high-quality products with clear provenance.

"By promoting locally-made products and supporting online exports, the program creates significant opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to access overseas markets," the state agency said.

Throughout the event, there will be a strong focus on consumer protection, with activities aimed at combating counterfeiting and ensuring brand integrity.

One of the key objectives this year is to strengthen the link between technology and consumers, thereby promoting the sustainable development of Vietnamese products and driving digital transformation and the growth of the digital economy.
