Hanoi Times – Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung approved establishment of the National Electricity Transmission Corporation under the form Parent company-Subsidiary.
The parent company is the one member limited liability company whose 100% charter capital owned by the Vietnam Electricity (EVN).
Deputy P.M Hung assigned the EVN’s board of directors to use its capital to found the National Electricity Transmission Corporation in conformity with current regulations.
