Hanoi Times - A recent survey carried out by the Global Education Centre showed that only 19 percent out of 5, 000 English learners who were asked can use their English.
This is resulted from 47 - percent use of the traditional learning methods: grammar-interpreting or vocabulary- grammar-reading comprehension. Therefore, it is necessary to change these passive ways of learning to improve the situation. And online English learning is now a very effective and economical way, which will help the learner have more time to study, practise and improve their English.-
