Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade opened the 7th International Exhibition Fair for Environment and Energy Technology (Entech Hanoi 2015) at the ICE Exhibition Center (91 Tran Hung Dao street) in Hanoi on May 20.
Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Hoang Quoc Vuong, Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Le Hong Thang.
Entech Hanoi 2015, which features 200 booths of 150 domestic and international organizations and enterprises, will last till May 25.
Most of the exhibits are related to engineering; renewable and alternative energy; traffic and transportation; petrol, gas and coal; and industrial waste treatment technology.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Le Hong Thang said that the annual fair, launched in 2009, has attracted more than 800 domestic and foreign exhibitors in the past seven years.
Especially, more than 60 businesses from the Republic of Korea introduced the latest technologies of source, integration, advanced energy efficiency, and environmental remediation technology at the Entech Hanoi 2015.
