"Our Great Party" exhibition and fascinating stories about the Communist party of Vietnam

Held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the exhibition is aiming at celebrating the 91st founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2021) and the 13th National Party Congress.

The exhibition of “Our Great Party”, underway from January 18-24 at the Vietnam Art and Cultural Exhibition Center in Hanoi, is aimed at praising the leading role of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the process of national liberation and construction as well as the achievements of the country during the past years. 

The exhibition takes place from January 18-24 at the Vietnam Art and Cultural Exhibition Center, No. 2 Hoa Lu, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.
The exhibition is also an opportunity to disseminate and educate traditional patriotism, revolutionary struggle, faith and pride in the Party and Uncle Ho among people from all walks of life, especially the young generation.
The thematic area is called “The contribution of the army and the people's public security forces in the cause of building and defending the fatherland of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”.

The model of Hanoi submarine (HQ-182) is a diesel-electric submarine (636 Varshavyanka-class) built by Russia in 2009. The ship belongs to the 189th Submarine Brigade of the Vietnam Navy garrisoned in the port of Cam Ranh, Nha Trang.

Corvette model HQ378. This is one of the first two in a series of warships under the shipbuilding program 12418 executed by Ba Son Corporation (General Direction of Defense Industry). Shipbuilding program 12418 started in late of 2009 and by April 2014, the first pair of ships was completed.

Model of Vietnam Coast Guard Ship CBS 8001. The CSB 8001 is 90.5 meter long, 14 meter wide, features a helipad, a fireboat, two high-speed water cannons of 6.6m/min. When carrying out rescue operations, the ship can accommodate 120 people at a time.

The exhibition also displays nearly 60 propaganda posters on the upcoming National Party Congress.
