President Trump lands in Hanoi for second meet with N. Korea leader Kim

The president came in the Air Force One, accompanied by a delegation of 250 senior officials.

US President Donald Trump has just touched down in Noi Bai International Airport in Vietnam’s capital city of Hanoi at 9:00 pm for a two-day summit with North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un starting tomorrow [February 27].

The president arrived in the Air Force One, accompanied by a delegation of 250 senior officials, local media reported.

The journey took 17 hours excluding a 60-minute stopover in the UK last night. Air Force One touched down in Suffolk while the jet was refuelled.   

He flew to Doha where Air Force One refuelled again before flying non-stop to Noi Bai airport.

The president will come to Hanoi on Cadillac One, known as "The Beast". It takes 30km to JW Marriott hotel where he will stay during the summit.
